How can I study taekowndo in korea?

We Answered:

EASY- If you have your certification for earning your 1st degree black belt, bring a certified (notary) copy with you.
On every other corner in South Korea there are Tae Kwon do centers.
They train daily for 55 minutes, and Saturdays are optional.
The first month fee including your GI, is about 100,000 Korean Won, = $80
Your monthly fee that includes training 5 times a week, 55 minutes per session is=70,000 KW
about $55-$60 per month

Any program in South Korea to study korean sponsored by Portugal goverment?

We Answered:

Nowadays, it would be realistic to follow your dreams while having a bit of initiative to pursue the things you like to do. this is one example.

Just search in google some Korean Program. Check out what do they offer. Korean Program would suit you which is just 3 months. It's an international program for foreigners [from all country] to be given a chance to learn Korean. But of course, it's gonna get complicated onwards.

anyhow,
hope it helps.

what is it like to live and study in korea?

We Answered:

Well, I've visited my family there for 2 months. And the bigger cities like Seoul have heavy air (smog) during the summer. During Summer it's really sticky. And you know how in Canada and US the air conditioning circulates the whole house? Well in Korea there's this 1 tall machine that does that for 1 room. (which doesn't really help) so it's not so great to stay inside during summer.
But if you go more to the country area, the air is a lot nicer, and really different from the big cities.
Since Korea is a small country you can easily run to the convenience store, PC room, bath house, etc. in a short amount of time. (really depends on where you live but the distance isn't that bad)
When you go shopping, at the big department stores, there are so many workers there to help you, but sometimes it gets annoying, because whenever you turn a corner they would ask, "may I help you?"
Best thing is the fake name brands, they are so well made that you can't tell the difference from the real and the fake ones. (can't get them in department stores, but at markets)
Most Koreans are nice to foreigners, and will sometimes try to speak English with them. ( they tried with me, but they failed).
Overall Korea's a really nice place to stay/visit. :) I recommend going there.
