Foreign students are not immigrants and may not remain. Student visas are temporary, non-immigrant visas issued solely for the purpose of studies. You must prove you have sufficient funds for all educational plus living expenses plus transport back to your own country. So you do not "immigrate" to go to school.

Also, it is never "necessary" to study abroad. It is a luxury, and you must have funds to pay for it, in addition, of course, to meeting all of the academic and other requirements to be accepted in the college of your choice.

It really depends which university you are interested in, which programme you want to pursue and the location of the university itself. You can try to ask bizmsia@yahoo.com and see if they can help you in that and also getting the admission. Because they helped me when I wanted to get offer letter from one of the university in Malaysia.
