Study In Nz

Adam Said:

Study Gap 6 Years Acceptable in New Zealand?

We Answered:

why not. it is common in western countries to leave studies and finish degree after a long gap.

Leslie Said:

move to NZ to study? do you think its a good idea?

We Answered:

sure, but your qualification may not be valid anywhere else - except maybe australia.

noone speaks spanish, so you will be speaking english every day and every where. A good way to learn english fast. But Kiwis do have a strong british sounding accent. I'm a kiwi and most canadians here in Canada had trouble with my accent when I first came here. Been here long enough that they are used it it now.

Oh yes, and you MUST have enough money tio support yourself during your entire course. money for health insurance, rent, clothes, food, entertainment, transportation, and school fees and books. .

Jack Said:

If I am comming on a student visa and want to study nursing in nz where can I go t o get financial aid?

We Answered:

You cannot expect New Zealand to subsidise your studies or provide living expenses, surely!?

Yolanda Said:

How do I get a study visa for New Zealand?

We Answered:

I guess it must be the same as for England. First find a school, college or university, and apply, if they accept you, pay for at least six months, or the whole course if you can, then they will issue a letter of acceptance and a reciept for course fees, send copies of these along with your visa application forms, copies of birth certificates, etc, to the NZ embassy, and ask for any further advice. That's about it. Maybe you will be asked to show bank records to proove that you can support yourselves without working, and perhaps a clearance certificate from a lawyer to show that you have never been in prison, but I doubt that. Finally a''letter of intent'', explaining your plans for the next five years is often appreciated, but not necessary. OK?

Ricardo Said:

i wanna study in NZ, specifically in auckland but dunno how 2 go about d whole process. PLZ HELP ME.....?

We Answered:

I went to study to another country as well.
I recommend to call to the embassy of NZ in your current country, ask them for Universities, programs, etc., they will give you telephones, probably web pages, and you can ask to the embassy what do you need to go there, probably a student visa or a permission.
And don't forgive to ask to the embassy if they can mail you the information.
I hope this helps.
If you really want to study in some other country don't lose the faith because some of them (universities) ask you for special test in English, and don't forget the papers about visa students, etc.

Jon Said:

what documents required for third party sponsor for NZ student visa?

We Answered:

students do not have sponsors in NZ.

If you have a sponsor then it will be from your home country - they will pay all your fees and give you a living allowance.

And then when you finish college, you will work for them for a specified length of time.

NO NZ company is going to sponsor and pay out money to a totally unknown person from a foreign country just because they ask.

I would like to have some ideas about working in Christchurch. NZ?

We Answered:

Christchurch is such a beautiful city which I'm sure you'll like it very much. It does get really cold down in Christchurch, so bring alot of warm clothes with you. It has a hugh asian population as I think thats were majority of them migrate too when they arrive in NZ. You can rent a reasonable nice place from $200-$300 depending on how close to the city you want to be living. Our education is pretty awesome but I presonally don't think that our nurses get paid enough for the amount of work that they put in.
