HI,Firstly u ve to get a acknowledgment letter from ur boss(or employment management).
Since u r interested in cadd , u can try at either at Balestier or Bedok ITE ,sit for their exams.If u qualify then u can proceed on to Singapore Polytechnic to pursue ur diploma & advance diploma.
If u are looking for short -term courses than u have to Look at institions like (BMC).
