The site provides all the info for international students - how to arrange, life in the Netherlands, etc, but also has a section where you can search the courses on offer. I did a quick search just using 'interior design' as the keywords and the only course that came up (but could potentially be ideal) was a postgrad course - Master of Arts in Design, pathway Interior Design at Utrecht School of the Arts

melbourne is probably the best place for interior design, Rmit city campus my best friend got her degree there and she got a job straight away when she finished the course because her lecturers were very respected and had a lot of contacts.
