We Answered:

There's nothing to a home study. We tried to clean-up a little around the house, but that's not really what they're looking for. The just want to know the home is safe, there is a bedroom for the child and fire alarms etc.

They don't really pry, they need to know certain things about your family and how you were raised so that they can make sure the child is in a safe home.

We just had our 2nd home visit last week as we wait patiently for them to match us with a child. We're keeping our fingers crossed for xmas :).
