Any large university in the UK most likely will have an environmental major and below I have pasted links to two very good universities in the UK, University of York and University of Leeds. With that said if you are interested in attending school in the UK then you need to act promptly due to the fact you will need to apply for a student visa and will you need to get funding since you will most likely not qualify for funding in the UK.

As far as I am aware, a degree from any UK university will be accepted by employers (and universities for post-grad courses) in the US. Accreditation for various careers very much depends on the course - for example, you'll find it hard to find a UK Law degree that's accredited in the US, because the degree will concentrate on UK law, which is different in many respects to US law.

For a degree that does not necessarily lead to a particular profession, however, all universities and courses offered through UCAS should be acceptable in the US.

Your chances will decrease as opposed to applying from an American college. However, in the UK you can receive a bachelor of sciences or arts in 3 years then apply to med school. Pre-meds basically a dead concept anyways, even in the us.

I'd say apart from the obvious oxbrigde, King's, imperial, UCL and Aberdeen would be decent

I attended a British university during my graduate studies. I would suggest that you start with an internet search to determine which universities offer undergraduate programs in psychology, what are their admission standards, what is required to enroll.

Once you settle on a few colleges, write to the chair of the psychology department and explain your interest and inquire concerning the possibility of admission. You can do this by e-mail, just make sure your e-mail is in proper English, is logical, and error free.

Once you hear back, you’ll know what programs might be available to you and can then decide where to make application.
