Sorry, there just isn't that much work available now, what with spell check programs everywhere. Although I consider this unfortunate, since the programs don't correct for incorrect grammar or horrendous writing, it's just reality. The only proofreading that still exists pretty much is in typeshops, where you have to proofread not only content but font, layout, etc. As far as I know of, there aren't any external programs to teach this.

Most colleges have a study abroad program in place where students (regardless of major) can study for a semester or a year in other countries. It's always important to have a basic knowledge of the language spoken at your target destination, so start by taking some Spanish, Italian or Japanese classes depending on where you would like to go. As an architecture major, you should probably take some art history classes that will allow you to understand the different art periods that influenced architecture as a whole.

Make sure you talk to your college counselor or admissions counselor and see whether the university you are planning to attend has a strong study abroad program. Inquire about the different programs they offer and whether they have any requirements.

So for $350, they give you one thing to read and ask you a few questions about the reading. $350? Seriously? You would pay that much or less for an entire semester of a real science course at community college. Frankly, this sounds like one big scam even IF they were teaching something useful. Keep in mind none of their degrees are accredited (will not be accepted by employers requiring a real degree).
