This is the best selling book and is complete with pretests, evaluations,explanations, and practice tests. It gives lots of hints to help you to be successful when taking the GED.

So i found this question because I was looking for a book from myself.

I have heard GREAT things about McGraw Hill The Most Comprehensive.

I think that is the one I will probably end up getting.
I have skimmed through it at BN and it seems to be well.. comprehensive

Stay away from GED for dummies. It seems to have poor reviews and I saw the table of contents. It doesnt seem like a prep book but more of a how to. I believe it has a chapter called " How to dress for Success" and how to register for the exam.

I have used Barrons books for other exams and i love their stuff. Highschools swear by it. So that could be a second option for you.
