The UK unlike other nations do not put a time limit on which applications can be rejected if a previous application contained fraudulent information. This means the ban is indefinite. On Monday the UK will be announcing temporary tighter immigration rules for the Point Based System which includes students until the new rules are announced in April 2011. My feeling is that given you have previously submitted forged documents and the growing UK public sentiment that immigration is better controlled you will most likely have any application rejected, again.
