Your question is not very clear. Are you saying that you have been accepted by NYU to do a MSc or PhD in Physics next year but that you are unable to determine what the fees will be?

NYU is a private university and the fees are very high. However, almost all the undergraduate courses are taught by TAs (big NYU scam) so the chances of getting a TA position are high if your English is good enough to be understood. If that happens, you will not pay tuition fees and you will get a small additional stipend.

AYUSA Global Youth Exchange offers a 3 week summer program at UC Berkeley. Their program is called AYUSA World Leaders, and it brings high school students from around the world together to study environmental science and global leadership. Room and board is included in the tuition of the program. Last year was their pilot program and the students hailed from the US, Germany, France, China, Korea, and New Zealand, so it's a great way to meet other high school students that are studying abroad!
