Firstly for the child to get citizenship one or both of the parents must also be citizens. If neither of you are the child will be a 'citizen of no known country' until one of you get citizenship here. The plus side is because the child is born here it will be easier for you guys to get permanent residency leading to citizenship.
You can get a birth certificate but not a citizenship, provided you pay for the certificate and notify the registry of births deaths and marriages of the birth (the hospital will give you the relevant papers)

The average cost of a birth without medicare is about $15000, you guys should have insurance anyway that should cover it.

Australian Unversity degrees are highly recognised throughout the world. There are many people from all over the world esp. asia and europe who come to Australian universities for that reason. It would benefit you and any resumes that you are hoping to write if you go to an Australian university such as University of Queensland, University of New South Wales, Griffith University etc.

Many universities in Australia have excellent scholarships for international students if that is something that has crossed your mind. Also, all universities have sporting facilities to cater for almost every interest. From jogging, tennis, rowing, gym, football, soccor, water sports, cycling etc. Most universities have a nightlife too so there is always time to relax with fellow class mates.

If you've only done 11 years of schooling then the university will most likely accept you if you sit and pass a test. Look at the University of Queensland (Brisbane) and University of New South Wales (Sydney) websites. They will give you all the information you need as an international student who aspires to study Computer Science.

Hi, I'm not sure what GCE N level or stuff but I'll share all I know. I live in Australia and am going to high school there.
To apply for universities in Australia, one year will cost you aprox $25,000 Australian dollars. It's a lot! For high school in Australia, we have for years 11 and 12 a 2 year program (in Victoria it's called VCE) or you can study the IB diploma (2 years as well). To board at a high school will cost $27,000 for school education and $21,000 to board. That's at one of the top private girls schools, so that's as expensive as it gets. Public schools would be a lot less and I know one that offers homestays for international students. This may be a good option. You don't need to study high school in Australia to get into an Australian university but it would probably make it a lot easier :) How about a high school exchange? If you come to Australia on an exchange (they go to up to a year) to see if you like Australia or to see if you would like to go to high school here before university.
