Study In Denmark

Emily Said:

what i need to do for study in denmark?

We Answered:

You can read about the rules for Copenhagen Business School admission in the link below. Deadlines and prices are similar at Copenhagen University (www.ku.dk). If you have not applied yet, then I am very certain that it is too late. As a foreigner, they need to go through your prior education, see your high school diploma, and have it checked by an international organization who can evaluate the level of your education.

If you don't speak Danish, then you will also need to do an English test. TOEFL is the most common one. You can expect there will be about 2 months waiting list for doing this. If you do speak Danish then you also need to do a test to prove that. However, this test is so hard that even many Danish high school students fail it.

Studying in Denmark is really hard and expensive if you don't have the right to free education. If you will live in Copenhagen, then try to look into studying in Lund in Sweden. There the education is free for all, though that might be changed soon.

Good luck!

Can I go to Denmark to study at the university?

We Answered:

You should be eligible as Europeans go straight from high school right into studying their major or what Americans would refer to as a graduate degree. This is so very practical, saves money too unlike what silliness goes on in the US requiring students to have the mandatory Bachelors degree (4 yrs.) taking redundant classes then and only then can they apply for graduate school (another 4 to 5 years more at least).

However, if you want to study in Denmark you ought to know Danish. They speak fluent English in Denmark, teach many classes in English, however, the primary language is still Danish and is one is required to know how to speak and write it.
