Study In France

Christy Said:

What are some of the best careers to study in France?

We Answered:

If your french isn't fluent, you may want to make achieving that a goal .. as even if
you work for a non-French company it'll benefit you tremendously outside of work.

Darren Said:

Where can I study a semester in France as a non-exchange student?

We Answered:

Well I studied for 1 year in Tours, France only to learn French. The school there is great and specializes in teaching foreigners French. It's right in the heart of the city and they have been doing that for about 150+ years I believe.

I stayed with a host family as well and that's a great way to get a true French experience and focus on learning the language.

This year however, I'm teaching English in Toulouse and my girlfriend, who is Mexican, applied directly to the university here and was accepted. So this was not an exchange or Erasmus program, but just a general admission for a foreigner.

Maxine Said:

Do we need to pass some sort of a Language test to study in France?

We Answered:

Hey,

Yes. In-order to study in France, albeit undergraduate or graduate school, you must pass a language proficiency test. The courses are taught in French and you must have a conversational and writing understanding of the language to complete the acceptance offer.

Hope this helps!!

Mike Said:

Where can I study in France that teaches in English?

We Answered:

Try contacting the French Embassy in Washington DC. They might be able to help you with your query and might even have a list of English language universities in France. You might also try Switzerland or Belgium as they might also have English language universities.
Good luck!
