Study Nursing Online

Leo Said:

Is it possible to study Nursing completely online?

We Answered:

No, except for Excelsior in NY but you must still arrange clinicals in your area. The California BON does not accept Excelsior and I'm glad. I can't imagine taking nursing completely online. The bookwork was helpful but the clinical time invaluable and it was never, ever enough. There should be more clinical time, not less!

I did my ADN in the classroom and my BSN online and the ADN was much harder and infinitely more valuable.

Yes, online would be cheaper, but nothing beats the experience you will get if you actually go to class on campus.

Lloyd Said:

Anyone know where i can get a geriatric case study online for nursing,?

We Answered:

Gee, you might as well ask where you can get a brownie recipe online.

There are case studies all over the internet for a variety of reasons. (even for geriatric dogs!) Unfortunately, you have to pay for a lot of them.

More specifics to your questions would be helpful.
