For example, here is the Yukon College information for international students:

"Yukon College offers a number of programs and courses of interest to foreign students. Among these are a variety of options in English as a Second Language, as well as various full-time programs with industrial applications or academic transfer. The tuition fee for credit courses is $250.00 per credit hour. Some program offerings, including English as a Second Language, may have a different tuition or include an activity fee. International student applications are available on our website or send email to the Educational Travel Facilitator. For information about Residence and homestay, contact the Homestay Facilitator."

Be aware that educational opportunities in Yukon (and in northern Canada generally) are limited. You may decide that southern Canada has more opportunities for you. This is especially true if you hope to apply for graduate studies. That said, living in Canada's north can be a wonderful experience, and the benefits can be quite rewarding.

In your application for a study visa, you will need to prove you have money to pay for your education (e.g. bank statements, a scholarship award letter). You should NOT pay the college first, because your study visa may be denied. The Citizenship and Immigration Canada website will help you; look at the application form, which you can download as a PDF file.

One last thing: Michael Moore did give a flattering portrayal of Canada, but his scope was very limited. Canada is a larger, more complicated place than you saw in the movie. While the movie may make you interested in coming to Canada, use other information to make your decision to move there.

i think you have to go back to your own country to re apply to return or settle on another visa, i am not sure how long it takes, or what you need to provide, try checking with the canadian immigration office.

Also, QUICKLY and GOVERNMENT don't go hand in hand...it might take more than 3 weeks to get your study permit.
