Studying For Exams
John Said:
If I study for exams then play an hour of video games, will it affect my studying? We Answered:
It really depends on how long and well you studied for. While playing games would not have "cleared your mind," you might have forgotten some parts or details of your studies (which again depends on how well you have studied). It's pretty much the same as watching a movie, tv, or any other recreational activity.
I would suggest to always do a basic review before you take the test -just in case you might have slipped something in the process of relaxing.
Personally I play about a hour or two a day, any day, to keep me relaxed --its a great way to relieve stress (if you play for fun, anyways). But like the comments above, I would recommend you play before you study.

How much ahead of time do you start studying for exams? We Answered:
I don't really study for any of my tests or anything. But if I did, I would probably spend 20 minutes reviewing the material.

How early should I start studying for Exams? We Answered:
The earlier the better! Then you won't be so stressed at the time of the exams.Try using mind maps or colour they help stick in the brain!
Good luck!!

When do you start studying for exams? We Answered:
In order to encode the exam material in your long term memory, then you would need to rehearse the material multiple times. I personally feel that if it's something that needs to memorized then that should be studied ahead of time, a week prior to the exam. But if something like a math exam then it's ok to study for it two days before the exam. The studying habit actually depends on how you feel about the exam material. If you feel confident with the material then you should just glance through it a day before, but if are not sure on some concepts then you should study that ahead of time.hope this helps! it works for me..

How do I start studying for exams? We Answered:
One month is PLENTY of time. All you have to do is teach someone what you have learned as soon as you learn it. What that does is re-enforces what you have learned and helps you to maintain the information gathered. I help my friend in college study like that all the time and she's gotten A's in most of her classes. As for the science part, flash cards are always good and make sure to re-read any difficult chapters over again. And don't worry about not doing well. Clear your mind and keep a positive attitude and you'll do just fine! Good luck hon!!!
