I am sure there is one English language television station or volunteer to give tours to English speaking tourists.

Susan Said:

Transferring studies from London to Holland is possible?

We Answered:

Whilst there are courses taken in English, in the Netherlands, the more specific courses are generally in Dutch so I do think you may struggle to find one on nutrition in English

Your starting point should be with NUFFIC.

Here is the link to the NUFFIC site http://www.nuffic.nl/international-stude… - linked directly to the database search of courses so you can check (i couldn't find a specific nutrition course, but you know of course more what you are looking for).

Then on this site they give all info (procedures etc) for international students to follow, in order to successfully enrol on a course in the Netherlands

Best of luck

Studying in holland for EU fee's?

We Answered:

Making it simple, to be able to study in the Netherlands with EU/EEA fees instead of those as an International student then you need to be in possession of EU/EEA nationality (ie hold a passport of an EU country), and actually this is the same for all EU/EEA countries and not just the Netherlands

You would not have any grounds for naitonality on the basis of a step-parent's nationality of residence, so you can forget that as an option.

Assuming you were born later than 1983 then the claiming British nationality by descent can only be done on the basis of a parent holding British nationality. (A grandparent cannot pass nationality down to a grandchild). A child born outside the UK on or after 1 January 1983 will automatically acquire British citizenship by descent if either parent is a British citizen otherwise than by descent at the time of the birth.

As your mother inherited her British nationality by descent then I would say that you would not be able to claim nationality on this basis. However of couse it is always worth asking. Simply contact the British consolate in Australia and they will be able to confirm one way or another http://ukinaustralia.fco.gov.uk/en/

Studying in Holland?

We Answered:

You are still two years off finishing high school. Only in the UK is someone who leaves school at 16 with their GCSEs considered a school leaver, the rest of the world considers that person a school drop out. So you have two more years of high school to finish. Where you finish those two years is up to you. It can be in the UK, it can be in any Dutch high school.

Here is a good website in english from the dutch ministry of education describing the structure of the education system.
