I got an 84.1% on it last month. The national mean is 74.4%. I did not buy the book because I thought it was too expensive, and I scored better than my two friends who did buy the study guide.

I used the link below as my study guide and did fine. It was free and separates the questions into categories, so you know which areas to concentrate on, instead of fumbling through a long study guide. The best thing to do is answer every question, and if you don't know the answer or are running short on time, use the process of elimination and guess. If you leave a question blank it will be counted as an incorrect answer.

I found this website to be very helpful. Also, the flashcards DO really work and there are a ton of them to choose from. Shop around and find the ones whose format you like best. Good Luck!

my sis has & she passed the first time! Thank goodness. But her friend took it twice & failed even tho shes been workin at many hospitals. So i guess u must be prepared. You already done most of the preparing by taking all the requirements, now u must study some more & relax. Don't plan other things (like gettin married) around the time of the test bc that's too much stress. Focus on studyin & forget about everything else until u pass. Some ppl are good at their jobs but just bad at test takin. Good luck!
