I would go for Canada. Very high standards of living, healthcare and education and a very foreigner-friendly multicultural society. New Zealand may be a bit too small and the Australians are becoming somewhat xenophobic towards foreigners.

It's also got the laxest immigration laws, so that ought to be a bonus for you.

Tbh most students dont have the money to ski regularly and Im not aware of any university close to ski slopes. But if you looking to work Im sure you could find a job close to the slopes.
