if you obey laws to be circumcised or doing religious rites and acts, then you have fallen from grace, see verse 1 - 4

If you live by faith, you will suffer the persecution for the cross of Jesus, as you will be living by the words of the Bible, and you will be instantly at odds with ppl and hated for you will be acting very strange to them.

eg. you will put off the flesh works in verse 19 - 21 and start lookiung like Jesus, by become a good peice of fruitful niceness, you will become different as now the Fruit of the Spirit of God will make you a Godly presence to all that know you .........

Every Baptist Church is different and set's their own agenda.

There are usually activities and a message geared for the younger set vs. a message geared for adults in the adult service.

I'm sure you'd be welcome to remain with the adults if you liked.

You might plan to visit twice and stay with the adults one week and go with the youth the next just to see what they are both like.

By the way, Baptists don't call it "mass".

When I was a campus pastor many years ago over half our group were raised Roman Catholic, who preferred our church vs. the Catholic Church.

or maybe if you throw in a cooking class, it could be "Hour of Flour"
