My first ever job was working in a nursery school. I only got the job because my neighborhood was on the board at it, it was 99% women working there apart from a janitor. To be honest with you, I was a thousand times more attentive than any of the women working there.. they wouldn't do anything for the kids when they cried, they took hour long smoke breaks, they gossiped most of the day away without paying attention to the 3 year olds they were supposed to be watching and quite a few of them would get hurt because of it, and sometimes they wouldn't even change the kids because they "didn't feel like it".. But that didn't stop mothers from having a HUGE problem with A MAN *shudder* watching their kids. I was probably the best worker and I probably was nicest to their kids but discrimination got the better of them. So many mothers whined that my neighbor had to fire me and I ended up taking a job as a bouncer. Guess, that's a "man's job" and helping babies is a "woman's job"

You really have a good grasp at what is going on in the Church. I don't know when the Catholic Church will depart from the wicked ways of modernism, liberalism, and false ideals and freemasonry. In reality it is God's will, whatever God so ordains. What we have to do is hold on to Our Latin Mass, our Missals and Douay-Rheims Bibles, our Rosaries and our Faith. Yes, in Churches you see truth mixed with error. Satan would allow 99% of the truth to be known just to be able to give us 1% falsity. I don't know when it will end, none of us do, but we need to stand up and become those Great Marian Saints that St. Louis de Montfort described and hold fast to the Fatima Message.

Until the socialists who have occupied the upper reaches of the education establishment for the last 40 years are removed there will be no improvement in England's education system. The problem is that these socialists have in turn recruited ONLY people who think "correctly" about education and social policy. Unless you sack everyone currently involved at any level -including in teacher training centres - and start again by appointing people who believe that a certain amount of elitism is vital to the well-being of a society there will never be any improvement regardless of the government of the day.

And she has no right to talk down to you like that. Teachers are supposed to motivate their students; not knock them down.

You get your QTS after you "pass" your first year of teaching when your employer does an induction year - you have a reduced timetable, an adviser, meetings, lesson observations and all such nonsense. So you get your job and then do your final qualifying year, as if you haven't done enough already.
