If your sister lives in the US, it's more appropriate to teach her an American dialect. It's not as though the British speak properly, and no one else does. But if you want a website that teaches grammar, well this is a good start:

Apart from that, you'd do best to introduce her to media (such as movies) that feature the dialect you're interested in instructing her in.

I am from the UK, I work as a freelance English teacher for Berlitz.
Have a look in the city and you should be able to find private language schools or tutor services.

Working in a German school is near impossible - the best you could hope for is to be a language assistant.

My other advice to you would be to put an advert up - in the supermarket...etc...offering English lessons and let people come to you!

There is a Book Called "WORD POWER MADE EASY"

It is an excellent book for learning English pronounciation and vocabulary. It costs around Rs.200. a small hand book.
