What are the cons or downsides to using entertainment as a teaching method in younger grades? We Answered:
First and most obvious con, crazed and insane parents. If you are teaching grades 3-6 then using entertainment to often or even a few times a year can cause an uproar with parents.Grades K-2 are a little different, using entertainment more then once within a short amount of time can cause the children to be distracted and/or loose interest in whatever you are trying to teach them. If they enjoy the entertainment too much then they will only focus on that one thing.
Slightly older grades such as 7-8 can be even more difficult. Doing to many entertainment based things causes loss of faith in the teacher from students. This is because they will believe you are too care free and they will get nothing productive done in your class. At the same time it will cause more serious and in larger quantities of uproar from parents.
But all-in-all it really depends on how you decide to use entertainment.
if you use entertainment that is too boring, nothing happens. If too entertaining, nothing gets done efficiently.

What are the characteristics of good test in method of teaching English Subjects? We Answered:
Testing should create a positive wash-back effect, i.e., the test should positively affect teaching. This is achieved by making sure that the test actually tests what has been taught, and does not omit to test anything important. For example, if a language test does not have an oral component, teachers will probably not test pronunciation and learners will not see pronunciation as important.Don’t use any question type (true/false, multiple choice, comprehension questions, essay) that is not familiar to the candidates.
Make sure that any objectively scored questions (T/F, MCQ) are 100% unambiguous. This is usually best done by having two or three colleagues check the test before it is administered.
Make sure subjectively scored questions (essays) have a clear set of marking criteria: ‘Candidates will demonstrate knowledge of / ability to do A, B and C’ so that all markers know what every answer must contain. Set a reasonable word limit for the time available to candidates.
If you use multiple choice, all the choices for a question should be of the same length and with similar phrasing, as candidates will often go for the option that stands out from the others rather than the correct one.
If you use comprehension questions about a text, make sure candidates cannot answer them simply by quoting directly from the text.
Exam papers should have ‘face validity’, i.e., the papers should look professionally produced, be easy to read, no smudges or typing errors, have clear instructions and an example for each section. Otherwise candidates are faced with problems not connected with the subject being tested.
I hope I interpreted your question correctly.

What is a good teaching method i can use to show my 4 year old the importance of sharing? We Answered:
First of all, kudos for trying to teach your child how to share. I've seen a lot of parents ignore teaching important lessons like these and most people find kids who don't do these basic things very irritating.Since your boy is only 4 you can not expect to make him understand something as deep as sharing in seconds. So you have to be patient. Its already a great start that you are trying. He will learn with time. Keep encouraging him to do it. If he is an only child then its common that he will reject the idea of it, most only child's tend to do that but they stop when a brother or sister comes along.
You can invite his friends over more often for slumber parties, play dates. In this way he will see that playing with friends is more fun than playing alone and he will be willing to share more for we all know kids share a lot when they play together. Most of them also learn to share when they start going to school (if he is not already in school). You could also have him watch educational cartoons such as Arthur that used to air on PBS. In this cartoon most episodes tend to try to teach kids good lessons such as, the importance of sharing, patience, family etc. You could also buy the book Aesop's Fables and read it to him, I'm sure it has something on sharing and he will learn other good things as well. And its very important that you demonstrate sharing by doing it yourself with your husband/boyfriend, friends, family, etc. Be patient.
