Perhaps you should brush up on your grammar. The words "than" and "then" are not interchangable, and first letters in a sentence are capitalized.

To get a job...... online is more effective. i can think of 4 states that have state or regional websites to apply to multiple schools at once.

Mail is req for some rural schools though.
Find job fairs and apply online also look into nationwide sites

UOP is one of the lowest paying part time (adjunct) gigs out there. There are dozens of other online schools out there.

You will need a minimum of a regionally accredited masters degree, relevant work experience, and 18 graduate credits in the area you would like to teach. Preferrably, a doctorate and teaching experience.
