The 'Teach in Dubai' initiative is the first in the series of initiatives to change attitudes towards the teaching profession.

An agency of the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), the Dubai Schools Agency is offering the joint scholarship programme from the Birmingham University in the UK, in association with BUiD for up to 20 candidates. Every candidate receives tuition fees, a study allowance, and a guaranteed teaching postion in Dubai after they successfully complete the programme. Candidates will also get school teaching experiences as part of the course work.

The nine-month course will be end in May after which candidates will be offered jobs in Dubai's schools.

It depends if you can find a school out here that teaches Spanish, a lot of the schools run on the British school system and that means French. You might be able to find a language school that has Spanish but I dont like your chances.

Dubai! I lived in UAE all my childhood and that place has a special little place in my heart. Although, if I had to choose WITHIN UAE, I'd go with Abu Dhabi. Dubai always has a cloud of dust above it because of all the construction.

But hey, indoor ski resort in the middle of the desert. Go for it!
