Forget about working as a private tutor! To be able to work in the UAE you need to have a sponser which in your case will be the school which employees you.Below please find a link which provides you with a list of schools. Get in contact with them and find out if they have an opening.

If you are from UK you also can check out if the British Council, which belongs to the British Embassy has an opening. Pay there would be the best.
Attesting and verifying teacher's certificates will take some time cause it has also be verified by the Ministry of Education.

Every western educated teacher has good chances to land a job in the UAE, because one of the UAE's priority is education.Your salary will depend on your degrees, experience and the institut itself. At English curriculum and other western oriented private schools your salary would be around Dhs15K/16K per month + benefits.
If housing and transportation will be provided byside the basic salary, a single person will be fine.
Btw: the girl doesn't have to be from Abu Dhabi. The Authority for getting the permission is located in the Capital and it doesn't matter from which Emirate she is.
