It very much depends on the country and specific job.Some countries will require you to take additional qualifications.
Some jobs will require you to have a TEFL qualification.
The only way to really find out is to look at job adverts. TES online (or in its hard copy format) is the best place to start.

A Tier 2 Sponsored Skilled Worker, you need at least a masters to qualify for a Tier 1 Highly Skilled Worker visa (no employer sponsor).Maths and Science teachers are on the shortage occupations list which means you would not have to compete with the resident market for a job but can be sponsored without the post having to be advertised for four weeks in national and trade press, with preference given to any EEA national who is suitably qualified.
