If i'm right, i'm sure you would need to apply to live in the country and they'd ask what skills you have to offer that country. Teaching is a good one in my opinion, and then you would find out if they will give you a licence or not and then just begin applying for jobs.

Europe is different as you won't need a licence to live there. Other skills you may need in spain ETC is to be able to speak the language of that country but it differs through country and teaching subject you are wanting to persue in.

There are a number of institutions that offer courses in clothing and textiles area in Melbourne such as RMIT Uni, so you may want to start inquiring there.
