Yes, you will easily get a job in Pakistan teaching English *provided you have minimum college diploma* but the pay will not be that great. If you have a PhD or Masters in English than for sure you can make okay money in Islamabad.

If you do go to Pakistan, live ONLY in Islamabad since you are an American and DO NOT go on tour of Pakistan since you are an American.

There is not much popular demand for that language in many english speaking countries. However, you may find some private school that are interested or already teaching Urdu. I see, however, people hiring Urdu tutors. It's not such a stable job but you have that while you are looking for a better job.
