as for subjects when u hv the syllabus u can google the individual topics and get the responses online.
for Qs u shld be able to get the 5yr question series in any school bookshop in your country and online too

I would suggest the Rosetta Stone software (which is available in all the languages you mentioned) - it's quite effective!

Of course, a classroom course or private instruction is ideal, but those mostly cost money.
