The physical campuses of Charles Sturt University aren't located in Sydney itself but in various locations around rural NSW, which is the state that Sydney is capital. If you are doing the course by correspondence then you can do it in Sydney, with some sessions held at a location near your home, and some sessions including some exams being held at one of the campuses, usually Wagga or Bathurst. Though if you have applied for such you can study at the Sydney Study Centre, which though not as advantageous as studying on campus, offers an excellent learning environment in Sydney with the help of a third party provider called Study Group. You'll still achieve the same qualification as if you studied on campus.

I live in Australia, its gaining on the US expensive-wise. HUGE opportunities for employment over here at the moment. Mining companies need blue and white collar workers in regional WA and are paying $100,000 plus to get them! My family is moving to Newman (WA) at the end of the year to take advantage! There is a housing shortage though so you will need half a mil to buy a house or $300 a week for rent.
