Hi, Im a UK student in my last year of college (senior at high school) about to go to uni, here we dont focus on GPA's and such, just the overall grades, which get converted into a tarriff.
For example I am taking 3 A Levels, and the university i want to go to (cardiff) state i need three B grades to get in...or a tarriff equivilant of 300.....

A = 120
B = 100
C = 80
D = 60
E = 40
Etc.

So as long as i get any combination of grades that add up to 300 im in...AAB, ABC etc.

type ucas tarriff into google and it will come up, the only problem i see is that you may not be taking A Levels like I have, because of your american schooling....but find out the course you are on and what exams they are, once you have that...phoning the particular universities you are interested in will help greatly...

As for which univeristies have the lowest entry requirements...feel free to email me the course you wish to do and roughly where and i'll do my best to help you out.

You need to do full A-levels (or equivalent) to start ANY degree. If you don't have them then look at doing a foundation degree, loads of unis offer them.

All UK universities accept students from outside the UK. I'm not sure what financial help will be available to you, as someone from Serbia, but you can email the university to ask. They do also list some information about scholarships on their websites.
