Yes it does, Like your doctor said, it can take 4-6 weeks to work effectively. Same with many, if not most, antidepressants.
Be patient, and follow the docs instructions.

give it the whole 6 weeks before you complain to your doctor about it. you could just be low energy because you are getting older as well. As you age, your heart rate slows down which will give you less energy than you had as a child. Also, since I have no idea on your body type, being overweight also makes you more tired and eating bad also makes you sluggish. Pills will not cure everything. It is a really bad habit our country is getting into. I suggest seeing a therapist or start exercising since exercising can help depression due to release of endorphins.

The 10cm3 volumetric contained 5x4x2ug which was in 0.5 cm3 of supernatant
So the 10 cm3 NaOH solution contained 5x4x2x10/0.5ug which was in 0.2g of the powder
So 2g of the powder contained 5x4x2x10 x10/0.5 ug which came from 5 tablets
Therefore 5x4x2x(10/0.5)x(10/5) = 1600ug or 1.6 mg/tablet

Salam.In general whatever material which will make us drunk and harm our own health is haram or not allowed to be eaten.If this ethanol is just only a very small amount in a certain food or fruit and we do not drunk or ill by eating it,it not haram.
If we eat it in the large quantity more than normal,any kind of halal food and drink,are haram or not allowed.We should stop eating before full enough as suggested by Muhammad pbuh in his hadith.We should fill our stomach just only 2/3 for foods and drinks and 1/3 for air or oxygen.
