Well it would depend on the field she is going in to. Whichever college has the best program in that field is where she should go. Drake area in Des Moines is a little rough, I'm not sure about St. Xavier

Spartan was the first Caribbean medical school to be banned by any state in the US. Xavier is owned by one of the most unscrupulous people in the business. The school has a very shaky reputation and graduates are having licensing difficulties. If you're headed to the Caribbean, stay with a school that is California approved.
