UBC and Sydney are great. UK universities in general are quite good also. In the US there are a lot of great medical schools too.

I know that most colleges in the US really look for a diverse student body, so being from a foriegn country will probably help your chances of admission and recieving financial aid and scholarships

The newspapers publish these lists every year, because it changes. However, it also depends on what you want to do (i.e. some have more neuroscience than others, some still do freudian) so check the courses as well as the rankings.

If the right course for you is at Ruskin, go there.
Sometimes the "best universities" don't offer exactly what we want.

You can always do the degree at Ruskin and then go somewhere else for the MA or further studies. Go where your heart says is right, even if it is a university 123rd on the table.
