I don't really think that 4 years of spanish and german in school really counts as knowing a language. I have take spanish for 5 years and I know little compared to others. However, your knowledge of russian and ukrainian will certainly give you an edge for admission. If i were you, i would not take too many languages. Do either spanish or german, not both. Try to master one language first. Then you can actually count that.

Just focus on your critical reading and math sections. Automatic Admission for U of H is being in the top 50% of your class, and making a 1000 (on CR and math sections alone), on your SAT's... With that being said... Houston is a joke to get into. If you fall out of the top 50%, then try to get at least a 1100 on your SAT, and be involved in a lot of extra-curricular activities.
Okay okay okay and hold on a second... I just noticed... top 50 univerisities in the US... You got to be thinking about Rice or something. Truth be told, U of H is a 4th tier school, which means that it is not ranked in the top 150... not in the top 300... they fall behind the likes of Texas Tech University and UT Dallas, both schools that are not very recognized at all. Trust me, if you want to go to U of H because of its prestige, then I would consider applying to TEXAS A&M or UT Austin instead. For many many students in TEXas, U of H isn't even considered a back-up option, it's more of like the last resort. The school is not recognized at all and the area surrounding the campus is dangerous.
I also see that you mention the fact that you like their financial aid curriculum... well if you go there you won't like it so much. Payment for your financial aid are always late, and the representatives at the financial aid offie are always rude and not to mention stupid.
I really don't see much reason why you would lik U of H, but yeah, top 50% of your class, and 1000 on your CR and MAth sections on the SAT, and you'rein.

I gave you a link to USNews Graduate programs in biological studies. Graduate programs are pretty much reflective of its faculty research output, which trickles down to undergrads as well.

MS is easier without experience. While MBA is easier with experience. Most good universities would ask for at least 2 years of exp for an MBA admission. But many universities accept in UK or Australia without experience.
