Yes, from what you have said you will have very good chances but, it is very hard to get in as the universities, although a lot of international students do go, the majority of places go to British student, therefore, although you sound a lot more qualified than some of the British students, you will have to do a lot more work than them despite this you have an excellent chance due to your high level of qualifications and I wish you all the best in your future which will most likely be one of great success.

I think it would depend on the subject you are taking, but you do sound like you have a good chance, universities in the UK also don't take into account what school you went to or it's reputation, they usually will only take into account the individual.
