if its september start, you need to do it through UCAS and the first deadline for equal consideration is 15th january. you can apply after this, but there may not be spaces available on the course due to missing the first deadline.
however, if its a february start, you need to apply direct to the university, in which case youd need to get it done asap.
if things still arent clear, email or phone beds to get them to clarify things.

PS. The fact that a university is low ranking overall does not necessarily mean it is poor in all subjects. Bedfordshire is a relatively new university and as such may perform well in less traditional disciplines such as Business Studies.

I lived in Bedfordshire for over 40years and have never heard of Uni.of Bedfordshire. There is Luton University (Luton,Beds) and I believe in Bedford (beds) there is De Montford University..not sure of spelling which is linked to Leicester Uni of same name. I do not know of any other Universities in Bedfordshire

hey!
im in my first year at UOB and its fantastic! lived in bedford all my life, and when i had a choice of unis to go to, everyone, including my placement teachers and personal tutors just assumed i was going to beds as its the best!
its been doing teacher training for something like 100 years on the same site, and is very well known in the area as being the best.
the couse is 4 years (as opposed to 3 like the other unis) BUT you get to specialise in 2 subjects, instead of just one like other unis, making you more attractive to your future school employer!
plus in the 4th year you get to do a placement in an area related to children, but not in a school, so you have that outside experience too!

all in all, its a great, modern well established school and excellent for teaching!
