I'd say making them is just as good as driving them. After your studies, hit Bangalore, there are so many aerospace companies here. There are options to do your MS concurrently with your job.

If you are in Hyderabad, then you can probably get information from the Education board in India. If you are outside the country, I would contact the Indian Embassy to see what information they can provide on the University and any steps you can take to try and get your degree recognized.
