That's not a legitimate address. Ikeja is a very expensive neighbourhood in Lagos, nowhere near Festac Town. Flat 3 makes no sense without a building number or street name. A real address would be something like Flat 3, 24 Main Street, Lagos. There is no Festa Town, there is Festac Town which is a very poor area known as the hotbed for Nigerian internet scams

If she's asked you for money for any reason, she's a scam
If you met online and she immediately suggested chatting through IM instead of through the stie, she's a scam
If she started calling you pet names like Darling, Honey, Dearest, Sweetheart right away,she's a scam
If she mentioned love or marriage without ever meeting you,she's a scam
If she's tried to get you to reveal personal information (full name, birthdate, home address, home phone, employer name, etc), she's a scam

All you can do is contact the University of Lagos Records office saying you are trying to contact someone you believe was a former student and ask if they had a Joy Martin there

Oh, you shouldn't have a problem with that. You already have skills. Just apply to drugstores, local pharmacies, and hospitals directly, and have a resume typed up with your past education and/or work experience.

I don't know how the process goes for citizenship and foreign degrees, but becoming a technician shouldn't be hard at all.
