How far can I get if go to journalism at University of Toronto Scarborough?

We Answered:

Short question! Do you mean how far can you go in a career with a degree from U of T in Journalism? The sky is the limit! However, where do YOU want to "get?" What are YOUR goals? Short-term and long-term? To work at a radio station, newspaper or magazine? They are disappearing FAST. In the current job market, I think you really have to know where you want to go, to an extent. If you like the idea of being a better writer, information gatherer...whatever, go for it. You can take the skills you acquire and make them work in other areas. BTW, Scarborough is a very nice campus and U of T has a good rep worldwide. Good luck in your studies and beyond.

What is the most economical way to get from SCARBOROUGH- toronto to University of Waterloo without a car?

We Answered:

Take the subway to Dundas station (will cost you either $2.75 or $1.85, depending on whether you're considered an adult or student). Walk about 5 minutes from Dundas station to the Toronto Coach Terminal. Buy a coach bus ticket to Kitchener (not Waterloo, because those buses only operate a few times a day). It will cost $30 more or less, depending on whether you're considered and adult or student. Take that coach bus to Kitchener. At the Kitchener bus terminal, take the regular city bus that pulls up under the sign that says "U of W". It will take you right onto campus. I don't remember the exact route or how much that bus fare is, but you can find that on the Grand River Transit website.

How do I get from Toronto International Airport to University of Toronto Scarborough campus using bus service?

We Answered:

You have to take the TTC Rocket bus from the airport. It leaves from both Terminal 1 and 3. You just look for the signs that say "public transit.' That bus will take you into Kipling Station. From there, take the subway East to the end of the line-Kennedy stn, and from kennedy take the LRT to Scarborough Centre Station and then take the 38 Highland Creek bus to the campus. You're looking at about 2 and a half hours travel time.

Can i get into university of toronto scarborough for their management program(BBA) with an average of 83%?

We Answered:

I think you will need to be at 85% to stand a good chance at the BBA program. I'm not sure whether you've applied to co-op or not but that's the program you should aim for and if you don't get in, then getting into BBA will be much easier. Good luck!
