Bachelor's degrees are at least a min of 120 credit hours. Some have many more. You are probably looking at a degree plan but forgetting to add in your General Education classes.

If you are a resident of Oregon your estimated cost living off campus would be roughly 8,055 in the 2010-2011 year (9 months). Tuition goes up every year, but if you want just a guess, you could increase it at times it by 4 years. So roughly 9,000 X 4 years = 36,000 for your bachelors degree.

WOU has a transfer articulation guide (link below). Just select the school you're transferring from, then subject, then course. They also have the Oregon Transfer Module, and the gen ed requirements are listed in the catalog (p. 39).

WOU is in Monmouth, which is a fairly small farming town. I don't know about the psychology department, but WOU is not a party school. OTOH Salem has some clubs, and it's about 15 miles east. OSU at Corvallis is about 20 miles south, and you are about an hour from Portland.

Everyone that I know that actually attended WOU loved the school. But you might have to travel to find the party.
