Ok first check http://k12.com/ to see if there is a program for your state that fits your needs. It is often free or VERY low cost (Less than $100) and comes with testing so she can start on her level and work at her own speed. There is a teacher assigned to you to help in any way you need. They will even get you a computer and help pay for internet. If you are planning on re-enrolling this might be the way to go.

If that does not work for you go to your local library and check out the books What Your ___ Grader needs to know. They will give you an idea of what you need to cover in the time you have and have some ideas on how to accomplish this.
