What are some fun games for 3rd graders (in the classroom)?

We Answered:

To increase concentration and memory, play "I am going on a vacation and along with me I will take a (fill in the blank). Do you want to go?" In turn, each person must recite the saying, name everything previously mentioned, and add something new to the list. If they get it right, they have permission to go on the vacation so you say,"You may go." and if they are incorrect they may not go ( of course just pretending). The first time you play, you may want to see if they can figure out on their own how to be able to go on the vacation. "I am going on a vacation and along with me I will take a suitcase. Do you want to go?"

Excel help please?

We Answered:

You should do your own homework. But, these are so easy it's hard to resist.
1) No, you need not insert a row to add more records
2) First & Last name can be typed in the same, or different columns. It doesn't matter. Put them in rows if you wish to format it that way. I don't care. It doesn't care either.
3) Any field, including a total row, can contain the functions you speak of. They may come from a different sheet in fact.
4) It depends on how you delete. If you delete the row by highlighting the row number, then yes. If you delete it by highlighting just the table, then it depends on if you select shift left, or delete row
5) Yes, as many filters as you want
6) Yes on Text, Date, and Number. No on color.
7) Yes. This is a little more advanced than most of your questions. I can't guarantee your instructor knows how.
8) The easy answer is yes. The more complicated answer leans to no.... it depends on how many steps you want to do.
9) Subtotals should apply to groups. If your group means you need it sorted, then no. If your group requires no sort to obtain such grouping, then yes. Most grouping requires some type of sort.
10) Absolutely. Subtotal away. Better yet, use Pivot tables to do it for you.

Can someone help me with my math homework?

We Answered:

1. There are no prime numbers, so P=0

2. there is one 2 on the cube, so 1/6. Multiply (and instead of or) this by the chance of getting green(1/8) for P=1/48

3. there are 3 numbers (10,10 and 14) divisible by two out of six, so that probablility is 1/2. 6 of the letters on the wheel are not B, so that chance is 3/4. multiply for P=3/8
