Help With Microsoft Excel...?We Answered:
What function would you use to display the word "Paid" in a cell if the value in another cell in the worksheet had a value greater than 0."IF" FUNCTION -- EXAMPLE =IF(A1>0,"PAID","")

"WEEKDAY" FUNCTION
Your company maintains an Excel list with customer account data. You wish to Sort the data by last name. If you select the Last Name column and click Sort Ascending on the toolbar, what will happen to the records in your list?
FIRST IT'LL GIVE YOU A SORT WARNING & IF YOU CONTINUE THE SELECTION, ONLY THE COLUMN WITH LAST NAMES WILL BE SORTED AND THE LAST NAMES OF PEOPLE WILL NOT BE IN THE CORRECT ROWS. THE LIST BECOMES A MESS.
You maintain a list of Inventory Items for your store. You have fields for item name, item price, and quantity on hand. You are asked for a report of all items with a quantity less than ten. Will you create a Pivot Table or a filtered list? Why?
FILTERED LIST IS EASY AND GIVES YOU ONLY THE SPECIFIC DATA YOU WANT WHILE PIVOT TABLE SUMMARIZES ALL THE DATA.
Your co-worker wants to use long, descriptive Field Names for an Excel list you are creating for your department. Do you think she is right? Why or why not?
NO. A LIST SHOULD BE CONCISE. IT IS BETTER TO HAVE A SEPARATE COLUMN FOR LONG DESCRIPTIONS.

Geometry Help - Triangle?We Answered:
the thrid side will be greater than the two sides combined , i think 9 cannot be or 8 cannot beLouise Said:
2 word problems!?We Answered:
OKThe problem with your first item is that there are many combos that will fit in here
300 = 25 x 12
400 = 25 x 16
x= first factor is 12<x<25
y = second factor is 12<y<25
So we have the following
24 x16 = 384
24 x15 = 360
24 x14 = 336
24 x13 = 312
23x17 = 391
23 x16 = 368
23x15 =345
23x14 =322
and so on. If the two factors must be PRIME, then we can see that any 24's, 22's, 21's, 20's and 18's are out.
SO we are left with the following
23x17 = 391
19x17 = 323
All others will not be prime number factors.
======================================
For the second item, the highest possible prime factors under 10 are 7, 5, 3 respectively. If you take those three prime numbers and multiply them, you get 105. So the second answer is 3,5,7.
Hope this helps.
