Eddie Said:

Why can't I stop eating?

We Answered:

I'm not going to be mean as that may just make you eat more.

I think that you may be eating as a mask for your feelings. i.e. instead of telling people how you feel when they call you names you have a twinkie.

Will power would be a start, try and exercise, join a support group there are plenty of people just like you. Of course, you mentioned depression, people with depression are more likely to have an eating disorder. I would recommend talking to a counselor and psychiatrist (a special medical doctor).

Prayer is also helpful! God bless.

Rafael Said:

How do I get my patience back?

We Answered:

Maybe some "alone" time. Not doing anything bad, just clearing your head. Time away from the family and stress can be quite helpful. Just time to think and regroup. I know you'll be okay just need to relax alittle.

Lori Said:

Biology help please! I really need help!?

We Answered:

CARBOHYDRATES: Sugars & starch. Composed of (elements) C,H &O. The simplest carbohydrates are monosaccharides (glucose, fructose & galactose). These are for quick emergy; sweet & water soluble.
Disaccharides (double sugars)- two monosaccharides chemically combined. E.g.,
sucrose (table sugar), lactose (milk sugar) & maltose. Energy food, but slower to get in blood than monosacc.
Polysaccharides: Complex carbohydrates; composed of long monosaccharide chain molecules. Starch, cellulose & glycogen. Not sweet; not water soluble. Energy source, but not quick energy like simple monosaccharides.

PROTEIN: For growth & repair. Composed of amino acid molecules (about 20 different kinds in nature)connected. All are
Chemically composed of C,H,O & N.

LIPIDS: Fats , oils & waxes. Contain the highest amount of energy per unit. Composed of fatty acids & glycerol; Chemically composed of C,H & O.
Great source of Stored energy.

Nucleic Acids: DNA , genetic material (chromosomes, genes) found in cells & RNA, which allows a cell to make proteins. These are very large & complex molecules.

**I'm not 100% sure (but "Pretty sure" ) of a couple of these, but will give my best shot:
1.monosaccharides
2.proteins
**3.monosacch.
4.protein
5.polysaccharides
6.lipids
7.protein
**8.either lipids or polysaccharides

Pearl Said:

Do you think I feel like this because I don't sleep a lot, or do you think it's something worse?

We Answered:

i don't think your acting like that from lack of sleep because on average for me i get 6 hours of sleep. You should drink more water and eat more food with iron. You might be anemic. Which is you dont have enough iron in your body. But i would go to the doctor. One shot wont kill you :)
just go to be on the safe side
