Mental Math Worksheets
Eugene Said:
Can you help me I think I have a mental disorder? We Answered:
Sounds like a combination of issues, including anxiety and depression. No person can accurately diagnose over the "net", so you will need to talk to a school counselor, psychologist, or just have a "heart to heart" talk with a family member. You are likely to need external assistance from someone to access the resources and get the help that you need to feel better. When you talk to a doctor or therapist, don't hold back information. Open up completely and trust that they will understand you. They need to look at all of the facts in order to diagnose and perhaps prescribe the correct medication that will put you on the path to better days ahead. It is good that you reached out to us and asked for help. Now, you need to push yourself to reach out to someone "in person" and tell them what you have told us. People that truly love and care about you will want to help you. Best regards, Marshall
