ON the answer card are the answers to all the possible multiplication combinations using the numbers 0-12. The child should pick up a question card and then point to the appropriate answer on the answer card. the mod means you take the remainder, so for example 3 + 2 mod 4 = 1, since 3+2 = 5, and the remainder when you divide 5 by 4 is 1. similarly, 3*2 mod 4 = 2.when it says construct a table, it means to make a grid that shows what happens when you add/multiply every pair of elements. I'll do the first one to illustrate.
