Free Printable preschool stuff?

We Answered:

Some of my favorites are www.preschoolprintables.com, www.eichild.com (You can make labels with their online label maker. The pictures are actual photos, not clip art. You do need the item numbers. You can search them, but I requested a catalog - it's easier. You do have to become a member, but it's free.) www.childcareland.com (you can sign up for free daily printables. Some items are for sale, but there is a free printable section. If you become a member, free of charge, you can access the archives) and www.makinglearningfun.com. I also found some picture cards at www.babybumblebee.com, again, not clip art. If you are at all interested in The Mailbox magazine, you have access to their printables when you subscribe. I use that one too. And last, but not least, I ran across www.kinderprintables.com last week. You do have to click on themes to get to the archives. I believe the home page eludes to the site coming back soon, but you can get in it. Hope that helps!!!

Enrique Said:

can anyone suggest a website for preschool printable learning pages?

We Answered:

learningpage.com
preschoolexpress.com
preschoolprintables.com
enchantedlearning.com (although it may be subscription only now)
earlychildhoodprintables.com

The first two are my favorite...the last one has a lot & also a Yahoo Group, but IMO it's kind of repetitive and doesn't inspire creativity in the kids. Preschool Express has lots of ideas for learning, not just worksheets. At this age, play & exploration are far more important than seat work. He's going to learn his colors much faster by actually playing with paints, playdough, chalk, etc. than by doing a worksheet. :-)
